Payments and Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and required retainer. Remaining balances are due as specified in your contract.
All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by your signed agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
